Styling that Statement Top with Skirt: Part 2

I have been looking at this top all summer long and have been tempted to add it to my wardrobe, after half of the summer is through I’ve decided to invest in this top to add to my wardrobe.

To start off with this look I fell utterly in love with the top after styling it, the sequin, one shoulder ruffled cut and the perfect length to show off your womanly figure it’s that detail of the blouse that makes it look very flattering.

I styled the top in two ways one was with my black leather and cotton tights this looked amazing with the silver, and the leather material was not too harsh on the sequin it just helped in toning it down. I wanted matching color footwear to the top for this look, so I wore a silver shoe for both outfits which looked incredible.

For the skirt, I got this vintage piece last year when I visited Paris which was surprisingly beautiful with the top having that cute silver buttons going down the front area. The A-line shape gave a more defined figure to the body with the blouse tucked in.

This top does not need many accessories as its already a statement piece on its own. I wore my hair in a simple pony and silver jewelry to enrich the top but not draw attention away from myself.
